Self-parking for visitors is available just a short walk from Reunion Tower located at 601 Sports St. Dallas, TX 75207. Parking is $10 for 0-4 hours.
Valet parking is also available for guests of the Hyatt Regency.
Handicap parking is available at 300 Reunion Tower Blvd. with the Hyatt Regency Valet.
Directions to Entrance:
From the Lot B parking lot, walk toward Reunion Tower and to the stairways that lead down to the entrance, which is to the left via the glass doors.
Upon entering the facility, follow the hallway and go up the escalators and the ticket counter is to the left, past the elevator.
While walk-up tickets are available, we recommend purchasing tickets in advance, especially on weekends, holidays, or during special events, to guarantee entry and avoid wait times. You can buy tickets online.
Tickets will be available at the ticket counter as well!
If you arrive before or after your reserved entry time, please check in at the ticket counter. Entry may be permitted at the discretion of Tower management, based on availability.
GeO-Deck tickets do not include access to Crown Block. Dining reservations must be made separately.
Tickets are non-refundable, but they can be exchanged for another date within 30 days of your original reservation.

Reservations are required with a CityPASS®.
Reunion Tower remains open during most weather conditions. However, in cases of severe weather, such as lightning, high winds, or icy conditions, access to the outdoor observation deck may be temporarily restricted for safety.
Indoor experiences will still be available, and we’ll post updates on our website and social media if weather impacts operations.
There is a security checkpoint for all visitors. Be mindful of the belongings you choose to bring with you. The items listed are not permitted in Reunion Tower. Do not carry any of these items into the security screening area. Our security team will not confiscate or hold items but, guests will be informed to return items to vehicles or hotel rooms.
- Any item prohibited by law (local, state, federal) which includes but is not limited to: explosive devices of any type i.e. simulated explosive (including toys that look like explosive devices).
- Cans of spray paint
- Hand tools of any sort
- Glass bottles
- Plastic and metal water bottles are allowed
- Knives with a blade longer than 6″
- Legal-size pocket knives are allowed
- Fireworks or any items that can be used as or appear to be an explosive device
- Strollers, luggage, or large over-sized backpacks and bags
- Strollers may be left at the designated stroller area before ascending to the GeO-Deck
- Open-carry guns are strictly prohibited
- Professional camera equipment such as tripods, monopods, or light umbrellas
- Unless approved by Reunion Tower Operations Company management
- Pets (other than designated service animals)
- Vapes or e-cigarettes cannot be used while on the GeO-Deck or inside Reunion Tower.
- Posters, banners, flags, signs, or miscellaneous protesting materials.
- Reunion Tower enforces a strict policy against all forms of protesting and demonstrations, including the display of banners or flags intended to express dissent or disagreement with other groups or organizations. This policy is established to maintain a tranquil and welcoming environment for all guests and employees.
- Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs)
- To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, Reunion Tower prohibits the operation or use of any unmanned aerial vehicle on, from, or above Reunion Tower premises absent specific written consent. This includes all UAVs, also commonly known as “drones,” regardless of their size, weight, or purpose.
No, Reunion Tower maintains a strict no-weapon policy. According to Section 46.03 of the Texas Penal Code, weapons are prohibited on the property. Additionally, in compliance with Texas Penal Code Sections 30.06 and 30.07, we have posted legal signage indicating that concealed or openly carried handguns are not permitted in our facility. This regulation applies to all employees, volunteers, guests, and vendors.
Licensed peace officers may carry their duty weapon firearms when visiting Reunion Tower, provided that the firearm is “concealed and not open to public view”. The peace officer must be able to present an identification card issued by their law enforcement agency or another governmental entity. Reunion Tower does not provide storage for weapons or permit them to be stored on-site. There is a security checkpoint for all visitors. Be mindful of the belongings you choose to bring with you.
We have implemented a timed ticketing system. Guests must arrive in their chosen time slot. If you arrive late for your selected time slot, you will be allowed entry in the next available time slot.
However, once you arrive, allow 30 minutes to an hour to explore and enjoy the GeO-Deck.
Yes! Crown Block, located at the top of Reunion Tower, offers a fine dining experience with stunning views of the Dallas skyline. The menu features a refined balance of steak, seafood, and plant-based cuisine, including Prime Beef, Texas Wagyu, Japanese A5 Wagyu, sushi, chilled seafood, and a dessert bar with pastry chefs in action. Signature craft cocktails and an extensive wine list round out the experience.
