Our Commitment to Safety
We are ready to safely welcome you back. We have new guidelines around social distancing, protocols to keep Guests and our Ambassadors safe and healthy, and enhanced disinfecting measures throughout the building.
Since the Tower closed in mid-March, we have been planning on how to reopen, not just when. We have kept your well being as our top priority with every decision.
We want you to feel safe and comfortable when you’re visiting. We have heightened our precautions. Including but not limited to:
Ambassadors are required to wear them
and we encourage you to as well.
Available throughout the building for your use.
We’re frequently cleaning and disinfecting
throughout the day.
Ambassadors will participate in daily
wellness screens before their shifts.

We have implemented a new timed ticketing
system. When purchasing tickets you will now
choose your time for arrival.
We have limited our elevator occupancy to
four people or one family unit.
For your safety and to minimize touch points,
our interactive screens have been turned off.
All props have been removed from the
photo area. Photo groups are limited to
six people or one family unit.
